my dream
when i was a naughty boy, may be because of the influence of the film."xiao bing zhang ga",my dream was to be a soldier just like zhang ga. i thought if i was a soldier, i should be able to swim, dive and climb trees as he did.
it seemed to be very wonderful. so i began to learn swimming, diving and climbing trees. i practiced every day and finally i could do them well.

首先,我們應該承認：創新思維的確是先在人的思想中產生,然后再發生在這個世界中.只有這樣,我們才有創新的動力.舉個例子,收音機、電視機、電話等都是由科學家發明的并且,這些科學家都有能力和勇氣去想一些不一樣的東西.譬如說眾所周知的愛因斯坦就是原子彈的發明人.
其次,我們應該善于發現,并且能夠打破常規.有時候,我們身邊就有很多創新的素材,但更多的時候我們卻缺乏發現的能力.所以,只有我們善于發現,善于總結,我們才會發明創新.
最后,我想說,作為新世紀的中學生,我們應該有勇氣和信心去開拓創新!(并且,我們應該為了我們祖國的發展而努力學習!因為,我們是祖國的建設者

trust and love
good evening, everyone!
throughout my years of being a student, i’ve had many teachers. none of them are the same, but the one that i’ll never forget and will always miis my chinese bilingual teacher in the middle school i attended in seattle, ms. ho. she was a skinny, but stylish lady in her 50s. she was different from all the other teachers because she gave me something unforgettable.
ms. ho and i became friends right in the first semester i was in that middle school. at the same time, i was having a really hard time with my subjects. since i had just transferred from a bilingual school, where i had stayed for two months after arriving in the us, my english was horrible; my average grade was below c. i almost thought it impossible to learn english. then, one day she told me she strongly believed that i was capable of controlling my life, and i would be just fine. she said that she found we were much alike: both were stubborn, kind-hearted and a little bit si-mp-le-minded. she believed that i had the quality of becoming wise. she even said that she didn’t have any worries abo)ut me, about my not learning english. with her encouragement, i found the strength within myself and began to desire to work even harder. as a result, i soon proved her right, and at the end of the semester, i got a 3.8 average grade.
today, i still keep in touch with her, and she still tells me how she believes in me. sometimes, i’d think back, and wonder how i could handle all those things if it wasn’t for her encouragement and trust. could i be the person i am today? then, it struck me: what we need has always been trust and love of others; because these things inspire us to do our best, and to live our life to its fullest.
to sum up, i’d like to say to all of you: let us all appreciate trust and love of others and achieve our full potential in our life!
愛與信任
多年的學生生涯讓我認識了不少的老師，每一位老師都不一樣。但最讓我無法忘懷的是我在西雅圖所上的初中里的一位華裔雙語老師——何老師。這位老師對我有特殊的意義，因為她給我的不是課堂上能收獲的東西。
我剛到那所初中的`第一個學期，可謂舉步維艱。當時我是從一所雙語學校轉入那所公立普通學校的。那時，我剛到美國兩個月，英語差到無法與人溝通。在雙語學校中的各科平均成績在c以下。就在我對學習英語快要失去信心的時候，在學校中幾個星期的時間卻讓我與何老師成為了朋友。在我灰心泄氣的時候，何老師對我說，她非常相信我的能力，一切都會好起來的。她說她覺得我們很相似，我有那種克服困難的能力，更不要說學英語這個問題了。在她的鼓舞下，我找到了努力的欲望。結果，我驗證了她所說的話。

隨著人類文明的快速發展，人類對自然科學永恒探索的腳步一直都沒有停止過。人類后來能適應更復雜的生活。然而，就像G.K. Chesterton所說的那樣，人們可能會了解宇宙 但從來都了解不了自己。自我比任何星星都要遙遠。因此，我們的生活就是一次不懈發現自己的旅程。當我六歲的時候，我不斷幻想著自己能像一個優雅熟練的鋼琴師一樣，在舞臺上彈奏肖邦的夜曲，表演結束之后可以享受人們熱烈的掌聲。但是，在不斷學習鋼琴的過程中，我很難發現我這方面的才能。有時候當我意識到我的目標不切實際后，我會忍不住有一種絕望的感覺。這很殘酷卻很真實。我第一次發現我根本不可能擁有這些東西。我12歲的時候，我覺得外科醫生是全宇宙最酷的職業，所以我用了很多時間去看《實習醫生格蕾》。我控制不住喜歡上屏幕里那些醫生們的生活，那寫手術刀和他們用的醫學術語完全把我催眠了。然而，當我明白只是當外科醫生這個想法吸引我而不是它的實質的時候，我放棄了這個夢想。因此，這個夢結束了，我對自己也有了更多的了解。今年，我16歲了，我能很自豪的說，成為一名律師不算是我的夢想，但這是我的追求。自從初中開始，每一場我參加的辯論賽，我都會被評為最好的'辯手。我不僅能夠有邏輯的思考，也能及時地表達出自己的想法。我對哲學的巨大興趣也可以解釋我每次都盡力討論一些含糊不清的事。在成為一名偉大的律師的道路上所會出現的障礙和困難從來都沒有嚇到我。原因很簡單，對這個志向，我有信念和熱情。G.K. 好的，謝謝。首先我想說，這種現象在現在是很普遍的，我們可以看到身邊的很多學生都早戀。我認為這是很正常的，因為我明白他們為什么會這樣做。他們是在嘗試獲得異性的認同而不是在學習上的成功。然而，我是完全不贊成早戀的，因為我覺得這不利于我們未來的發展，而且這樣的戀愛關系是永遠不會持續很長時間的。首先，我清楚目前這個階段我們心理上還沒成熟。最重要的是我們還不能完全理解什么是愛。最關鍵的是，我身邊那些早戀的同學不是向對方承諾而只是單純的胡鬧。由于這種不端正的態度，我覺得他們能做的只有胡鬧一番，這也是為什么早戀的戀愛關系能眨眼間破裂。舉個例子，我看到David在十一月一號跟Mary約會，但是兩天之后，Mary又和Tom在校園里接吻了。在現在這種現象是很普遍的。第二，我認為早戀是十分不利于我們未來的發展的，因為在現在這個特殊的時期，為了以后能進入一所好大學，我們要做的應該是奉獻多點時間去學習和參加活動。我們的時間是很少的。莎士比亞曾經說過愛情是盲目的，所以有很多學生在這個過程中將自己歸類。這個代價是很大的?？偟膩碚f，我喜歡把這個問題當中經濟學一樣看待。我們做合理的選擇，需要考慮清楚問題的好處和代價。至于早戀這個問題，我認為它帶來的負面影響遠大于它的好處。這就是為什么我認為早戀是不能夠接受的。對于那些認為真愛也會消逝的人，我只想說，真愛是能夠等待的，經得起時間考驗的，如果不是這樣的話，那根本就說不上是真愛。而且我們沒有什么東西好失去的。這就是我的想法，謝謝。

我很榮幸受邀在今天的開學典禮上演講，我也能感受到老師同學們對我的支持與肯定，在這個主席臺上。我愛游泳，我曾想過：夢想的力量是如此的巨大“有時可以為夢想付出一切代價，我不怕辛苦，因為我聽過一句話，自己想要做到的事就一定要盡自己的最大的努力去完成它“這就是我人生的格言”我期待著站上領獎臺上的那一刻的激動與快樂。
這也是我今天的演講題目，我無數次問別人同樣的問題："你長大后想干什么?""你的理想是什么?這種重要的問題我也問過我自己："我長大后要干什么?每一次回答都是："建筑設計師。"為什么呢?聰明的你應該已經想到了。我正在睡覺，被一陣咳嗽聲吵醒了，仔細一聽，是從妹妹的房間里傳出來的。我連忙穿好衣服，跑到妹妹的房間里。我輕輕地拍拍她的背，可她還在不停地咳嗽，我叫醒了爸爸媽媽。媽媽摸了摸妹妹的額頭，大叫起來：她發燒了，我和爸爸媽媽立刻把妹妹送到醫院。妹妹虛弱地躺在床上”嘴里含著溫度器。我非常著急。但只能眼睜睜的看著妹妹痛苦的表情，我很難過。
說到這，我想我應該介紹一下自己：我是一個小男孩，有時會特別臭美，雖然說這不是男孩子該有。在學習方面，因為是一個優等生，不管做什么都會有一種必勝的自信。而且自打幼兒園起，我就迷戀做手工。如果你問為什么，其實我也不是很清楚，就是在做手工的時候，會感到快樂。做完一個手工，會有一種成就感。這種成就感會讓我還想再做一個。那時候就是做完了感到很幸福，后來才知道那叫成就感。
言歸正傳，我的理想是建筑設計師，我想場下的所有人的心里都揣著自己的理想。在我看來這個為了理想奮斗的時候，其實說奮斗有點過，對我而言只不過是認真學習罷了，對場下的人們也可能是認真工作......但對我們每一個有理想，有抱負的人來說，不管年齡有多大，哪怕你今年高壽97歲，學習就是通向理想的最佳途徑。但其實回頭想一想，有一個理想，對人生是很有意義的事情。
有抱負的人，必定是一個善于努力的人，因為這種有理想的人，他們會覺著，理想就是他們的人生目標，達不到理想往輕說是努力不夠，往重說就是白活了。雖然說白活了有點過，但是我覺著達不到理想就覺著白活了的人，那必定是一個能夠成就理想的人，因為他的堅定信念，會促使他不斷地向理想奮斗，從而使他的一生有意義;我們就算的理想就算只是一個可能永遠都無法實現的理想，但是當我們為了理想搭上通向理想的車的時候，我們只要取得了原來沒有的成就，為了理想我們努力工作。做人要銘記感恩。葛優作為中國影壇中為數不多的大腕級演員，主演的大片占據了內地院線的黃金檔。而在最初接觸電影的六年時間里，葛優出演的角色沒有任何反響，出演米家山導演拍制的喜劇片《頑主》時，并因此獲得了當年的金雞獎最佳男演員提名獎。葛優卻不忘給自己的恩師打個電話表示感謝，或發個短信問候一下。千年春節米家山收到葛優發來的一條短信，說自己可以走到今天和當年的《頑主》分不開。米家山非常感動，將短信一直保存著。
